Telehealth Services

I’m here to make healthcare more convenient, personal, and accessible for you. I offer two distinct telehealth options depending on your needs:

  • Direct Booking (Self-Pay): Routine, scheduled care booked directly with me.

  • Amwell Urgent Care: On-demand urgent care visits through the Amwell platform.

Please note: These are two separate services. Visits booked through Amwell must remain within the Amwell platform and cannot be transferred to my private practice.

Direct Booking (Self-Pay)

This option is for patients who want a simple, flexible way to connect with me directly, without going through insurance.

    • A flexible way to schedule visits at times that work best for you

    • Personal, unrushed time together for your health concerns

    • Ongoing support for chronic condition management and preventive care

    • Scheduled follow-ups to keep you on track

  • Payment is collected at the time of booking, so there are no surprise bills later.

  • I currently see self-pay patients who are physically located in Florida, Colorado, New Mexico, or Washington at the time of their visit.

Amwell Urgent Care

This option is for patients who need on-demand urgent care and want to use their insurance.

    • Urgent care for sudden issues like colds, flu, infections, or minor injuries

    • Same-day and after-hours availability through Amwell’s system

    1. Visit amwell.com or download the Amwell app (iOS or Android).

    2. Register and enter your insurance information.

    3. Select Urgent Care and use the search option to look for Michelle Brown, Nurse Practitioner

    4. If I’m available, you’ll see my profile and can choose me for your visit.

    If I am not available at the time of your search, please know that all Amwell urgent care providers are highly qualified and fully able to help you with your needs.

  • Determined by your insurance plan. Amwell will confirm your copay or out-of-pocket cost during booking.

  • Amwell provides urgent care services nationwide. However, by law, I am only able to see patients who are physically located in Florida, Colorado, New Mexico, or Washington at the time of their visit. If you are in another state, another Amwell provider will be available to assist you.

Important: All visits booked through Amwell must stay within the Amwell platform. I cannot transfer those visits to my private practice or continue care outside of Amwell.
